Nada cambia
Las viviendas en última planta tienen goteras. El tejado sigue sin arreglarse.
Las papeleras están rebosantes de basura.
La seguridad brilla por su ausencia, cualquiera puede entrar por la puerta, nadie se interesa.
El mantemiento es inexistente.
Las cuotas siguen siendo las mismas, a una media de 200 EUROS, 2.400 EUROS AL AÑO !!!
¿por qué? ... por nada. ¿A donde va lo que pagamos de cuota?
La próxima vez que den su voto al presidente actual, y con ello al actual administrador y sus "empleados" (supuestos conserjes expertos en mantenimiento) piensen en esos 2.400 EUROS, en lo poco que sirven, y en todo lo que se podría hacer con ellos,... entre otras cosas mantener la comunidad en buen estado,

The top floor houses are leaking. The roof is still not fixed.
The bins are overflowing with garbage.
Safety absent, anyone can enter the door, nobody cares.
House maintenance is nonexistent.
The fees remain the same, to an average of 200 euros, 2,400 EUROS PER YEAR!
Why? ... for nothing. Where is our money going?
The next time you give your vote to the same president, and thus the current administrator and his "employees" (assumed maintenance experts) think of those 2,400 euros, with little to serve, and everything could be done with them ... including keeping the community in good condition,

¿Sabía usted...? / Did you know...?
- Que las tejas se caen y nadie las arregla, la dejadez del Presidente es evidente. Esperemos que no ocurra una desgracia, porque él será el responsable.
- Que ha habido Presidentes de Bloque que han pedido Informes de trabajos realizados a los Conserjes y estos se niegan a hacerlos, con la connivencia del Presidente. ¿por qué?
- Que una vecina, proveedor de limpieza de la comunidad, ha puesto una Tienda y prácticamente ha cerrado su terraza.
- Que el estado de limpieza es lamentable.
- Que la basura no se recoge de las papeleras.
- Que no se pinta lo que necesita ser pintado y algún día habrá que pagar una derrama.
- Que los supuestos "especialistas en constucción" según sus contratos NO son tales, de hecho uno es músico y el otro es mecánico. Y, desde luego, no se preocupan en disimularlo.
- Que el Presidente parece actuar como un Dictador en la Comunidad ya que no acepta la opinión de los vecinos, ni siquiera la de otros Presidentes de bloque. ¿por qué sigue ahí? ¿por qué quiere seguir ejerciendo un puesto en el que no hace nada por mejorar la Comunidad? ¿qué obtiene con ello?
- Que el Administrador solo visita la Comunidad en verano (y un par de veces).
- ... que pagamos una cuota para nada, en definitiva.
¿por que tenemos que aguantar esta situación en los tiempos de crisis que corren?

SALARIO MEDIO ANUAL 18000 EUROS (28500 EN ATRIUM) ¿POR QUÉ? / AVERAGE YEAR SALARY 18000 (28500 IN ATRIUM) WHY?
El Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE) ha publicado un exhaustivo estudio de la situación salarial de los españoles. De este informe se extraen datos como que la ganancia media anual es de 20.390,35 euros, que los hombres siguen cobrando más que las mujeres, y que la actividad mejor remunerada es la de la intermediación financiera.
Los datos corresponden a la Encuesta Anual de Estructura Salarial 2007, publicada hoy. El estudio desvela que la ganancia media anual por trabajador fue de 20.390,35 euros en el citado año, lo que supone un incremento del 3,6% respecto a 2006. Dicha ganancia media anual fue de 22.780,29 euros para los hombres y de 16.943,89 euros para las mujeres.
Por tanto, la ganancia media anual femenina en el año 2007 fue el 74,4% de la masculina. Este ratio era del 73,7% en el año 2006. "Sin embargo, esta diferencia se reduce si se consideran situaciones similares respecto a variables tales como tipo de contrato, de jornada, ocupación, antigüedad, etc", explica el INE.
El instituto destaca que una característica de las funciones de distribución salarial es que presentan muchos más trabajadores en los valores bajos que en los salarios más elevados. Este hecho da lugar a que el salario medio sea superior tanto al salario mediano como al salario más frecuente. Así, el salario mediano (el que divide al número de trabajadores en dos partes iguales, los que tienen un salario superior y los que tienen un salario inferior) presentó un valor de 16.718,44 euros. El salario más frecuente ascendió a 14.503,61 euros.
Todos los conceptos salariales se recogen en valores brutos, es decir, antes de practicar retenciones a cuenta del IRPF o contribuciones a la Seguridad Social por parte del trabajador.
Salarios por comunidad autónoma
Los salarios más elevados correspondieron en 2007 a Comunidad de Madrid (24.242,08 euros anuales por trabajador), País Vasco (23.892,65 euros) y Navarra (22.219,46 euros). Estas tres comunidades, junto con Cataluña y el Principado de Asturias presentaron una ganancia media anual superior a la media nacional.
El resto de comunidades autónomas tuvo un salario medio inferior a la media nacional. Extremadura (16.298,30 euros), Murcia (17.173,76 euros) y Canarias (17.189,07) presentaron los salarios más bajos.
El salario medio anual en 2007 para trabajadores entre 25 y 34 años fue de 17.879,11 euros, mientras que para los trabajadores de más de 55 años alcanzó los 23.814,81 euros. No obstante, en las edades inferiores (menos de 25 años) y superiores (más de 55) la muestra de la encuesta es reducida, por lo que la significatividad de sus resultados es menor.

SIETE DÍAS ... ¿Por qué Presidente de Atrium? / SEVEN DAYS... Why President of Atrium?
7, siete días, tabajando en lo mismo el mismo conserje/mantenedor/conversador-entretenedor de vecinos, desde el lunes 31 de agosto y aún no está acabado, 2685 euros al mes (26 días) = 103,26 euros al día => 723 EUROS PONER 8 LOSAS,
Si, este tiempo lleva, y sin terminarse todavía,
¿por qué permite esto el Presidente? ¿es que él no paga la CUOTA DE LA COMUNIDAD?
Suponiendo que la pagara y fuera de unos 200 euros, le supondría 28,7 euros esos 7 días, ¿no le importa tirar el dinero?
que tire el suyo, no el de todos los propietarios,
Ya está bien: la basura se acumula en el garaje, las MISMAS FOTOS DE ESTE BLOG de cosas por arreglar SIGUEN SIN ARREGLARSE, por la mañana tenemos un Conserje/mantenedor, etc... que NO HACE NADA, ¿por qué se encierra en el trastero del garaje? ¿por qué la pagamos 1900 euros por no HACER NADA?

¿Y qué hace el que con tanto bombo decía que "por democracia" ganaba y era Presidente?

4500 euros al mes y tenemos que ver así el edificio,
según dijeron algunos vecinos en la piscina el otro día, los dos encargados de mantenimiento en la comunidad no son expertos en construcción como decía el contrato que se les hizo, de hecho uno es músico y otro mecánico,
y que se sepa no tienen formación complementaria en mantenimiento,
¿como y por qué se permite esto? ¿por qué pagamos estos NO-SERVICIOS?
¿por qué no pagamos a alguien QUE REALMENTE SEPA Y HAGA SU TRABAJO?
¿Qué está haciendo/va a hacer la nueva Junta de Presidentes?
